We collect as little data as possible. We don't sell your information. We don't spam you. Advertising cookies are only ever set if you click Accept.
Who we are
Diviset Solutions is an independent publishing company based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Our website is divisetsolutions.com.
What data we collect
- If you buy a book: Your purchase goes through Payhip, our checkout and payment provider. They handle your payment details. We never see your card number. Payhip passes us the details we need to fulfil your order, such as your name, email and delivery address.
- If you email us: We keep your email and whatever you wrote, so we can reply and help you.
- If you sign up for our emails: We keep your email address with our email provider, Kit, and use it only to send what you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- If you visit the site: We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, Meta's advertising pixel also records your visit (see Cookies below).

Cookies
- Needed to work: Payhip sets its own cookies when you use the basket and checkout. Their privacy policy applies.
- Advertising, only if you accept: When you click Accept on the banner, we load Meta's pixel (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and tells Meta which pages of this site you visited, so that we can see which adverts bring readers and show our books to people who may want them. If you decline, or ignore the banner, it never loads.
- Changing your mind: Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
Third-party services
- Payhip: Handles checkout and payments. Their privacy policy applies when you make a purchase.
- Kit: Sends our emails to people who signed up.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): Only if you accept advertising cookies. Their privacy policy applies.
- Vercel: Hosts our website. Standard web hosting stuff.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
